It has been a while since I have updated my site, as many of you might be aware. There have been lots of changes going on in my life and I am finding it necessary at his time to shut down my tole sales on my site for a while.

In November of 2006, my husband accepted a temporary, 2 year position in Baltimore, Maryland. Having lived in or near Hamilton most of my life, the move has not necessarily been an easy one.

In April of 2007, our youngest son deployed to Iraq for, what he has been told to expect, a 15 to 18 month tour.

While I have loved the designing process and tole painting itself, the truth is that I am long over due for a rest and I am taking this time away from home to do just that…take a rest. During this time, my site will be a touch point for family and friends for updates on my son’s progress in Iraq. For those of you already praying for him, thank you more than words can say for those of you who would be so inclined, please add his name to any prayer lists at your church.
