All designs are hand drawn by Jayna James and each design is copyrighted and owned by Jayna James Designs.  Express permission, through way of a license, is given to purchasers for such designs for their use in digital embroidery designs.  However, the copyright for such designs is held by Jayna James.  Purchased line drawings must remain in the possession of the purchaser and not be given away, traded, redistributed, or resold.  Copying my artwork is not permissible.  You may only copy your embroidery design made from my artwork.  My designs may be altered or changed.  Elements may be added or removed to meet your needs.  If you have any questions regarding copyright permissions and what is a violation of the copyright, please contact us.

All Jayna James designs are hand drawn images geared toward manual punch digitizering, rather than auto digitizing.  These are designs that can be digitized and embroidered.  They are NOT sold as digitized and are not finished embroidery designs.  When payment is received you will be emailed .zip files of the designs in your .bmp, and .jpg formats.  A CD, rather than a .zip file, can be obtained for an additional $5.00 charge (All images shown on my site contain a copyright watermark which will not show up on the images you purchase.)
